First bites: canapé of Pleasant Ridge Reserve gougère, Tomato Mountain strawberry-raspberry jam and Benton’s Bacon. And an amuse bouche of house-cured bacon, Harmony Valley iceberg lettuce, potato crisp and tomato gelée.
That’s right, a canapé and amuse bouche. And four more courses. And dessert. And OMG. Bacon!
